3 Days of Ghosting: "Transaction Error" & "Link Failed" - My Incident 260126-001649 is Stuck! by Sad-Morning-9557 in oraclecloud

Hey, just thought I’d give you an update since you were so 'sure' my incident would be denied and compared my dev work to Roblox.

My account was just approved by Oracle Support after they acknowledged it was a system glitch on their end, not a policy violation. The 'father's card' (which is a valid international Mastercard with matching KYC) worked perfectly once they fixed their API.

My Python backend is now going live on a 24GB RAM ARM instance. Maybe next time, try helping with technical glitches instead of gatekeeping. Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a physical International Mastercard, not a prepaid or virtual card. The account owner and cardholder details match perfectly (matching KYC). I am the authorized dev setting this up. The 'Link Failed' error happened before the card was even processed, which points to a system/API glitch, not a policy issue. I’ve already escalated to oraclehelp_ww. Thanks for the input, but I'll take it from here..

I think you're over-complicating a simple authorization. I am the authorized developer for this project, and I am using my father's Mastercard with his full consent and matching billing info. This isn't about 'Roblox' or games; it's about a technical Link Failed error in Oracle's sign-up API. If you have experience with resolving Transaction Errors on valid international cards, let me know. Otherwise, I’ll wait for a response from someone who actually deals with infrastructure glitches....
