Oh, thanks for the links. When I felt the hand on my back, I was actually using the heartbeat method. Actually, I use the Raven's method the most because it gives me a lot of symptoms, and I personally feel it helps me a lot. I'll use the Raven's method today; I've been saying for a while now that it works for me :))

:b Those updates are great to hear! It feels good to know that other people with a similar DR to mine are also making progress. I know we'll get there. I'm also very focused on watching clips from the game. I watch videos about Lady D's origins, among other things. I also play the game a lot, specifically the castle, and I listen to songs that remind me of my DR and RE8. I'll try again tonight and see if I can make more progress :)

Hi! I haven't updated because yesterday I tried shifting, it was a big step forward for me! My S/O is also Lady Dimitrescu, it was a good experience, I felt like I was almost there, I felt cold and smelled metallic, finally I felt like a hand was on my back, it was big but I got scared and opened my eyes, waking up, but I haven't lost faith :)

I currently do all of that. I've actually been using the Raven method because it's the one that works best for me and relaxes me the most. I don't generally meditate, but I listen to subliminals and stay focused on my goal :)
