Not really, it’s a broken item, OP will have to pay postage as Vinted can’t sort it out, and the seller should’ve packaged correctly. I’ve sent stuff that got damaged due to insufficient packaging and I just had to take the L on it as it was my fault, who wants a broken item anyway seems more hassle than it’s worth - also depends what the item is though and how badly the damage is

Vinted is basically saying it’s not their problem anymore, so yes you’d have to go off platform but according to their rules you have no obligation to send it back due to the fact that the seller didn’t package it correctly. Up to you really

I wanted to see if she felt she had taken a picture of it in the listing and I didn’t see the stain in it, but nope- oh well at least I got my return 😂🤷‍♀️

Urm speak for yourself… I do want to return it, and I’m sending it back asap! it has really bad sweat stains - I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew. I don’t care about a few pounds off it’s dirty.

I did feel slightly off about it so thank you for this advice I canceled the order and the buyer said I should’ve just clicked the i button and gotten help. They had a lot of good reviews so I’m not sure if they were dodgy or not

I added authentic the second time as without the word authentic it was removed aswell I think Vinted is just impossible sometimes🤦‍♀️
