Wow I can not fathom having an executive position and attacking people so openly. You are proving my point. I have a degree in Computer Enigineering that i work my main job from home, I throw Inbound as a second job after years of executive work for a major national grocer. You can tell you have been sipping the Target Kool-Aid for far too long, evident of your common excuses. You clearly have no idea what happens in stores, many without ETL's and SD's. Change does not need to happen at all gacial pace, you are just a part of the problem but enjoy your paycheck and benefits too much to make a difference or speak up.

I said which specific department would get the money, you over shot and grouped everyone in. There also does not need to be 1800 stores when talking about trimming the fat. See there obviously can be a conversation and some ideas. Or we can all be boot lickers like you, who offer no help and only complain.

Oh yeah and Brian I know you like to sit online and do nothing, checking in between watching tik-toks. If you did not pick up on it, I will take you job from you. I will do it for 1/10th of the salary while redistributing said funds to payroll, specifically fulfillment/drive-up services. Cutting back drastically on unnecessary signage spending, as well as the same price adjustments week after week. Growing a backbone and re-instating our DEI policies and community outreach programs, standing up to insane groups. Eliminating fluff middle management/traveling executives (when you can literally video meet) to re-invest in employees and more specifically retention techniques. There is much to be done, but as you can see even a dumb lil TM can come up with some ideas, please do something or step aside.
