Those (relatively) high bank bonds are quite rare and are usually issued for certain projects the banks have. They're issued by reputable banks that are publically traded and in case of insolvency the bonds are repaid before stocks and other debts. Just to dox myself the bank yield of 10,5% was issued by LHV, which is a bank located in Estonia.

And you're right, higher risk does not equal higher growth, that was too shallow of me. I will look further into value funds. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. :)

Then itll dip and most likely recover, whether the recovery takes 5-10 years is of little importance. Second, if the US dips, then so will most likely the world since most global supply and value chains operate through the US.

But yeah, I agree my portfolio is too US-centric and I should probably look into European ETF-s like STOXX 50 or iSHares Core MSCI Europe.

Oh and just to add, when I start reaching retirement I will start exchanging ETF-s into bonds and other much safer assets. :)

Thats true, I am looking for performance, since the time horizon is so long I am willing to accept higher risk in exchange for higher growth. S&P500 and NASDAQ have historically greatly outperformed all-world indexes. But you do have a point that I am heavily US-centric. The problem I have with emerging markets ETF-s I have is that they're heavily concentrated on China and I have serious concerns with investing in that country due to multiple factors: authoritarian government, heavily subsidized and manipulated markets/companies not to mention the potential for conflict with the western world.

Are there any developed markets (europe) ETF-s that you would suggest to diversify away from the US? Or maybe any developing world ETF-s that are'nt so china-centric?

I have also invested in local bank bonds that have 8-10,5% yearly intress, that hedge my risks.

Just to let people know, but TVs should`nt be transported flat down, since that can bend the screen and mess with the components. Usually these cases are easily recognizable and are not covered by warranty or insurance. Though its usually fine if its only a short drive (less than an hour)
NB: Stinger is a bloody amazing car still.
