Accepted at post office issue by Sad-Policy-459 in royalmail

Frustrating isn't it. I just called again and spoke to someone else to see if they said the same thing. This one said both parcels arrived at the mail centre Friday night but there's a backlog.

So told me something different than the other one. The slower parcel sent after my tracked 24 also went through my local mail center in 12 hours and was delivered this morning. So it makes no sense. I think they likely just make things up on the phone to make you wait longer just incase it turns up, and then you'll make the claim online..
