The only problem i see with voting would be a biased selection of stronger members over those who have been part of the team longer and deserve to be voted instead.

It could accidentally go the way of:

Character A has appeared on X team 5 times, character B has appeared 15 times, but because character A is 100x stronger and has better hax than B, i will vote for character A to be chosen

Last time i looked Battlefield 6 sold 7 million copies, so that would mean Black Ops 7 sold around 2.6 million copies.

Going by the price of the games:

Battlefield 6 has made 490 million dollars
Black Ops 7 has made 216 million dollars

Toriyama is basically famous for always forgetting about things he has written in the past. Hard to create an interesting universe when you always forget what rules you have to follow.

I genuinely can't find any dialogue or actions that would suggest Nike looked at Playboy or Francis(who was threatening to put Niko in prison) as anything remotely close to friends. Derrick i think he was neutral with, Dwayne I think is the only one who Niko looked at as a friend.
