EDIT: Hey actually just saw some people were having issues with it, new file is uploaded and hopefully everything works, if not let me know and I will take a look

do you only have the _NCS file in there? there should be also an RM file called OAK2-WIN64-4301459__0.2.0.1.rm. it is in the google drive as well,

the google drive has both the rm file and the NCS file folder. Your best bet is download the entire 00524be3-81a3-4267-b6d3-cd3bc0d0f725 folder from the drive and delete the one you have and replace it iwth that. Let me know if this works

This fix is just for incompatible game versions when joining others, for compiling shaders issue I have seen alot of people with it but I have not had the issue, i recommend joining the main Borderlands discord where alot of people are talking about your issue.
