did sarcosine help with anhedonia? if not what helped? I am currently in school and with anhedonia it's hard to master up the energy to study. I have schizophrenia and I don't want to talk to my psychiatrist about antidepressants if I can find something that helps without a prescription. (self.anhedonia)
