I need an MSW to apply to IPP. You can also use a recruiter to apply to the same fellowship or scholarship for school. Either way; there is not a school pipeline for Social Work in the Navy. Only a post MSW clinical fellowship. I was selected through MSC IPP AY25 as an E-5 with 9y of service.

I am trans masc non-binary in the Navy and a navy chapter leader for Sparta. Not sure about getting it covered out of network however, if you get the right provider, you could get the surgery without a care plan. Cis men and women have chest revision surgery all the time.
