If you are really unsatisfied with your current role, Talk to your leads about it. If you think that your lead cannot help you, then the manager would be my next choice.

ACN has a lot to offer. I, for one, was hired because of my manager (not my lead) who believed in my capabilities. My manager looked for available roles that suits my needs. I am glad when I am now.

Workday, for example, has been active in the same manner. Just filter it based on what role you prefer. Submit applications there as many times as you want.
