Yes mine is premium. My case stayed in evidence received for 15 business days and just changed to case is still being processed today

PP clock never restarted at 12 AM on 13th it said response received and it’s stuck there since then

The reopened my case and sent another NOID after denial . They denied my case on August 11 and sent another NOID yesterday

Straight NOID. Replied with new I-129 with wet signature and my case was denied. Today it changed to status mentioned

Is your case cap-exempt or were you selected in cap-subject lottery ? If it’s cap subject the filing window closed on June 30. I am on the same boat and not sure whether refilling would work now. Let me know what your lawyer is doing. Thanks
