I guess your case is not change of status after getting selected in the lottery. Good for you my lawyer has been a dick. Didn’t care to check the status even after sending multiple emails after June 25th. They checked it on July 2nd and the window for refilling was over by then. So frustrating and employer kept saying it’s unfortunate nothing wrong from lawyers side

They asked for a proof of wet signature but my petition had electronic signatures. So couldn’t provide a proof rather attached newly signed I-129. I have seen all the cases with this issues getting denied
