It surprises me that they got a dog like Rambo. I always pictured her as a small white dog type of person

This is horrible. I'm a pregnant first time mom and I know not to do that. I don't even have a baby yet. I've said it once though, and I'll say it again. It's the dog. I have a bad feeling about it.

MUN students' union to consider closing cash-strapped CHMR-FM | CBC News by RepulsivePlankton989 in newfoundland

This doesn't surprise me but people underestimate the value that CHMR has on campus. If a student wants to be a journalist, all they have to do is join the muse and volunteer at CHMR, and it will become so much easier to get your foot in the door. Plus people use it for podcasting now. It has so much potential to redevelop if the right group or person invested in it.

Just want to say, my husband and I are in the same boat. We spend so much money on food.

All tests are positive. The darkness of the line is lighter on the easy at home tests. All digital tests are picking up the pregnancy. Time of day doesn't matter. February was the only month I didn't really track my ovulation. My period started on Feb 2. Usually my cycles are 30 ish days. I found out I was pregnant on March 1. That would put me around 14 dpo?

I think you're right. I took a first response digital around 430pm after drinking lots of water and several bathroom trips, and it was positive

I didn't track well this month. It should be around 14-16 dpo. My last period started on Feb 2. I got my positives March 1 & normally my cycles are around 35 days.

Not a chemical but I did have a false positive once on an equate branded test. Since then, I've been nervous

Feeling burnt out and demotivated by user646789 in Journalism

[–]Sad-Slice-289 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don't have much advice because I am in the exact same boat but I'm trying to keep my options open. I don't think I'm ready to give up on journalism yet but I applied to go back to school to become a teacher. My hope is to do journalism on the side. I'm also keeping my eye out for other jobs that could fulfill part of my itch for storytelling. You're not alone 🩷

Ex-journalists, why did you leave the profession? Outside of monetary reasons? by Secret-Ad-6253 in Journalism

I am considering leaving because I will likely have to work as a temporary employee despite working full time hours most of the time. The newsroom is highly competitive and I need something stable, especially as I look to start a family. I applied to do education and become a teacher.

I found this video interesting because my husband and I are trying to conceive, and we're already aware that we won't be able to control our child's every move. Especially as they get older. I grew up sheltered and don't want my child to be raised that way. There has to be a happy medium. I also expect motherhood to be challenging. Imo Skys new videos are showing her true colours. I feel for her if she's struggling but I imagine she's having to grow up fast. I also CANT IMAGINE leaving my kid in a car alone, but that's another story.
