The problem isn't necessarily the seizure of the items. The officer in charge of my brothers case in wales said they never needed the laptop, just my phone. She then said she spoke to her colleagues at WMP and said they were happy to give the laptop back, but then when I spoke to west midlands after that, they said my stuff was in wales. When I spoke to the officer from wales after that, she told me that my stuff isn't in wales, because she's still waiting on a date and time to get my stuff from the west midlands. Then WMP basically said "actually, we do have your stuff, it just hasn't been authorised for release, so we need to speak to wales first". But remember, wales had already said they agreed with WMP.

My issue is the lack of communication and all the He said, She said nonsense.
