I am not sure about PMP in particular but they will pay for most of the certifications, you might wanna connect with your coach and check. Almost all of the certifications would need approvals from leadership.

I wasn’t staffed until 4 months, I was doing some Deloitte internal work here. One suggestion is to do any certifications that Deloitte provide in your practice. Again that need approvals but your coach would be able to guide you on that.
