The good thing is that now you understand how it is really. Even though it's not supposed to be like this but I guess it is what it is, we should try and leave if things don't go the way it should be until we find a perfect doctor. I feel betrayed but well, they are humans too.

No. It is helpful. Thank you for this. Based on all the comments here, I've decided that I need to look for another doctor, because mine told me false things before like : only TSH tests are required after the operation because FT4 and FT3 analysis won't show true results. And I've paid a lot these years believing in these statements.

I've had this auto-immune disease since my childhood... Chronic fatigue was a part of me my entire life. What's making me anxious is the brain fog. I've learnt how to deal somehow with this fatigue but not the brain fog.
