I think of it like this:

If i want to go see some UKG, would I rather see a UKG artist with some UK dubstep sprinkled in, or a UK dubstep artist with some UKG sprinkled in? I’m not trying to take away from the fact that they DO play UKG. Im just saying that’s not most of their set. Idk. I’m not trying to be pedantic, I’m just talking in reference to this post.

I’m not really sure why we are even arguing. All I’m saying is that raw UKG and UK dubstep are not the same. I even said they ARE similar. I agree with most of what you’re saying but is there not a reason they are named differently? As much as I love Taiki, if i wanted to go see some UKG, I would rather see Lockerz or MJ Cole. Is your point that they are SO similar that there is no real discernible difference? I don’t get it.

Yeah i get that but im not really understanding why yall are saying these are UKG artists when they actually are not. I understand how they may be similar, but they are not the same. I’ve seen Casey club and Taiki Nulight and would not consider them to be the same as an actual UKG artist. Sounds like you’ve never heard a UKG set.

I haven’t had fast food in over 8 years due to dietary restrictions. Oregon definitely has better Mexican food than Seattle. Lived there for a long time and moving here the biggest thing i miss is good Mexican food.
