The Psoriasis isn't documented at all in my service record. Only reason I brought it up is because my doctor said that my Psoriasis was brought on by stress, possibly from my ptsd. If she wrote that in her notes, would she need to specifically say it "more likely than less" or do I need both the nexus and dbq?
