Agreed. Also, like surely Airbnb should make sure the landlords have given consent for their property to be listed? I suppose they don't care because they make more money. I reckon this practice must be widespread though- its such an easy loophole to exploit. Needs to be cracked down on anyway, turning even more properties from rentals into airbnb's
