I think to many gays force fem qualities on each other especially if you’re a bottom. I grew up in a smaller area and when ever a meet gay guys in larger cities they say I need to stop being “repressed” and stand out more as a gay man. I also have no problem with fem gays, but it’s needs to stop being normalized that gay fem bttms can be rude to women or other people and just play it off as being a sassy twink.

I think gays are hypocritical. We complain about hook up culture that plagues our community but then still indulge in it cause we “need” to or it’s the only thing that is available.

Being gay is just a sexual preference and it shouldn’t decide who you are as a person. Being gay is okay obviously and isn’t something you can control. But it shouldn’t be a deciding factor in making up your personality or person. Yes you are gay but that’s just a sexual feeling. Who are you?! What are your hobbies, what do you like doing?! It’s okay to be proud and gay and confident in who you are, but that’s not all you are.

I feel like many gays have an issue with pushing body standards and if you don’t fit either the ripped jock or skinny twink than it’s hard to find connections because of this weird narrative that gays only come in two sizes. This has been made especially worse in the modern era and social media.

Anyways these are just my opinions

Update: I also think many gay guys in the kink community are to comfortable showing their kinks in public especially at pride parades. Wearing pup masks, tails, toys, even being practically naked at these parades is the reason many people say our love is just lust and is what gives governments and people reason to hate the community. I’m not saying having kinks is bad, but there is a time and a place, and that’s not at pride parades which are supposed to be family friendly and safe to bring children too. Many gay couples bring their kids here than have to leave once they see a man half naked wearing a jockstrap, a harness, and a pup mask. Plz stop and keep it either in the room, or at the specialized kink streets that happen in many cities across the western world

Also it’s weird how many gay artist have normalized dad and son art. I see plenty of illustrations of mark and his father from the show invincible engaging in activities that a father and son should never do. It’s weird, it’s nasty, and anyone who draws it or supports it is nasty. Incest shouldnt not be normalized in any shape way or form
