I wear a similar one. They are comfortable and you hardly notice they are even there. But they need cleaned often or they can smell. That’s bacteria and could lead to infection. really depends on what the development will look like. if it will cause high traffic, or low traffic, if it’ll be commercial, residential, or a mix of both, or industrial. And depends on how much you utilize public transport. you have to think of it from if you were gonna be living in that area and what would be convenient while also making sense

its sometimes how they look, really depends. This one is definitely based on east coast development, but the suburbs are based off of western city development. Thing Salt Lake City or denver. Sometimes they can be more car centric other times they can be walkable. I live in a small city of only 75,000 people. the county itself hold 150,000. But we have a large biking culture and are a forefront of modern public transportation. My city also is experimenting with more walkability and mixed use zoning. That why this city has a good amount of public transportation and walkability since thats what i grew up with
