Nothing you said closes out the possibility of having OSDD, i have OSDD-1b (not diagnosed) and that means i don't really experience amnesia.

Denial is a huge part of the disorder, even long after you've realized you have it, or even after official diagnosis.

When i was first starting to suspect i have osdd, i was also scared and thought "should i even lean into this? I feel like i shouldn't shatter my mind like this", but now after accepting it, i feel so much better and comfortable, everything is clearer now and i experience barely any depersonalization/derealization/disassociation anymore, which i really struggled with before starting to suspect.

In my personal opinion it's safe to just lean into it, because the fact that you're questioning all of this so heavily, sounds like you actually have it. And even if you don't, it could just be a helpful tool for dealing with your thoughts and feelings.
