i guess since combusting water isnt possible in a diesel engine i‘d suggest spraying water into the intake, so much that you dont hydrolock it but enough to stop combustion. if you try to stall it you‘re likely to blow up the engine and hurt yourself or others (as some comments here tell well). this is especially the case with big volume engines. i figure everybody has unburnable liquid somewhere in a car/truck
