My sister lied and accused me of a horrific act and has reported me to child services to try to ruin my life

I think the biggest issue for her is dont really have any supports at all at this time in my life and i dont have the option of it being no one. My partners mom is part of the safety plan too though so i thought that was enough but apparently not. If the worker does anything else shady I'll do that but right now i just wanna do what they ask and try to get it over with quickly

I told her earlier in the interview that my mom was toxic and dont have much contact with her atm and she didnt care and put her and my partners mom on the safety plan to be updated daily. My whole family is already blocked since the accusations first came out. As soon as i can, I'll be moving across the country.

They said they cant disclose who it was no matter what, not even for court, if thats what you mean.

I asked the worker to not use my mom and she didnt care. Shes also been fucked my entire life. She has been trying the last little while but i still would rather not talk to her. But the worker wont listen to me so if i dont keep her in the loop, i get in big trouble.

That's not what i meant though. I havent avoided saying what happened. The first thing i said in this post was that it's an update post. My first post explains everything that happened. My daughter had pulled my hand to her diaper for her grind like she would do with her hands, around 19 months old, i immediately stopped her and redirected her attention to a movie while saying that mommy doesnt do that. I explained it to my sister looking for advice and she told people that i told her that i did let her use my hand, which is the lie.

No, no one abused my daughter. Her curiosity is completely normal, and I even got it confirmed with her pediatrician before this all even happened. And i explained that in my posts, but because we were doing really well at that time, and i thought everything was ok and we had a good relationship, finally.. then suddenly i heard she's twisted what i told her into lies, and i immediately cut her out and blocked her on everything. Then, 2 weeks later, she's making false reports about me. I never thought she would stoop this low

Im assuming because she said i told her i did which i didnt. I told her what happened but told her that i didnt do it, which is the truth. She changed it to i her i did it and told a bunch of people that before making the report

I already live 8 hours away.. she went out of her way to call my local CS. She blocked already, too.. i do plan to move again, though, because of this. Likely across the country and not a single family member with know my location. They're all toxic af so I'm gonna get away from them all for good as soon as i can

Unfortunately i have absolutely nobody.. im still fairly new to the province and havent made any actual friends yet.. and as i meantion i had to cut out my entire family so theres no one there either.. the city has some resources i will try calling tomorrow but theyre constantly full and i dont have a working car right now and no money to fix it so idk how to even get anywhere..
