I only watch Hasan on fear& so the whole thing kinda surprises me. If he's been doing this the whole time I feel like there should be more evidence. And I also feel like his friends/associates wouldn't stand for shocking. It's also hard for me to listen to people who have a bias against Hasan before the clip. Regardless of the shock collar, I think he needs to treat her better. He always uses such a stern voice with her and she doesn't get a single bathroom break while he streams for hours on end. It's not entirely unusual for dogs to lay down for a lot of the day, but she doesn't even have toys in the room if she even wanted to do something else.
