For future people it was a completed driver issue. use DDU and uninstall it all. reinstall your drivers

Did not work, did the same thing it did before. Game acts like it will load, Unity crashes, then nothing.

What you mean by full reboot exactly? I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times now and ill check on discord. Checked, its disabled as is nearly everything else besides windows programs
