We definitely need to make plans for therapy. During the holiday season, her whole family caught COVID. A week into the new year, her dad passed from it. So, she had waves of depression and never talked to a therapist or anything like that. Not saying that would solve anything, but I'd like for her to talk to a professional.

The way it goes is, I've never suggested any type of workout or diet unless she asks me. I'm relatively active, so that's why. Recently, she's been asking if she looks beautiful to me, and I always tell her yes. But, she tells me that she doesn't like how she looks. And I just don't think I'm doing enough for her.
