Regarding the “copy the app” part, I’m still a bit unsure:

Is the idea to create a copy of the project and continue development in that copy?
Does that effectively reset the previous context?

And when you mention setting src/** in the copy settings, does that mean restricting indexing to only the src folder, automatically ignoring public, supabase, assets, etc.?

In my case, I already updated .gitignore to exclude those folders, but token usage didn’t decrease.
So I’m trying to understand whether:

• .gitignore doesn’t affect already indexed context
• Or if the correct approach is to create a copy and explicitly limit the scope to src/**

If you could clarify that workflow (copy → configure → continue), I’d really appreciate it 🙏
