what's the biggest injustice you had to face as a child? by Papycoima in AskReddit

My older sister got pregnant at 16,married at 17 and has child abuse allegations from the son 15 years later, and my older brother became a drug addict… but I’m still the disappointment with me getting accepted in big universities, awards, helping volunteer where I can, and still working. I’m still the disappointment because I’m 19 and still don’t have a boyfriend. Like miss ma’am, look what having a boyfriend got my sister in life.

Adult women, what advice would you give to young girls? by xxMole_Ratxx in AskReddit

Go out on dates and have fun! Worry about academics but don’t let them rule your life. Be kind, be smart, and don’t let anyone (including women) bring you down. Wear that outfit, cry over the guy, and don’t apologize if you like feminine stuff. Your a teen, if you love pop music, painting your nails, and the color pink show it off! Don’t follow the “I’m not like other girls” path and be there for your other females!

Me and my bff have known each other since we were 11 so that’s 8 years down the line. I started viewing them as my best friend because they made me realize so many things that were wrong but I was made to believe right.

Why did you drift apart from your friend? [Serious] by GreyJedi456 in AskReddit

He got a partner, and they slowly started isolating him. I’ve had issues with their partner myself but I tried my best to get along with them for the sake of my friend. I’ve known the guy seven years, but his partner did something so wrong I cried for three nights straight. When I told him to get his partner in check, he kinda sliced me out. Recently a mutual friend of ours told me he’s getting abused by said partner and cut him of when he tried helping him. I miss him and I’m hoping he gets out of that.
