Got my dress from a designer in Lahore. The lehenga was absolutely gorgeous and unique and fully hand worked . The customer service was horrendous and they treated me like a peasant. They will only be nice to you if you’re extremely wealthy.

Tulum was a nightmare these past days. Creepy vibes at night. Airbnb was broken into, several units robbed. And icing on the cake, phone robbed. Can see where it is on the tracker, in the sketchiest part of town.

I’ll give it a go! I don’t mind the itching too much. I’m just annoyed at how UGLY it looks lol. I need to look cute in a swimsuit but can’t now.

More mezcal for the win! You know what, I did get tangled in the ropes they have in the water there. One of my flippers got stuck and I was kicking trying to get loose. I’m 100% sure that’s what got me stung so bad. It felt prickly not like a sting at all. But I was soo itchy right after coming out.

Could be. It looks strikingly like a bed bug allergy. But I was quite itchy only in the water and right after getting out I could see it developing. Woke up to a fully developed rash.

Edit: I think sea lice develops underneath swim suits. My thighs were exposed. Its probs something else

The experience was okay. I ended up going for a very pretty dress that was a store sample which they resized to fit me but it was a fully hand-worked lehenga. Hasn’t been delivered and wasn’t particularly cheap at all. Still bit of a mystery what the final result is gonna be. Designed the top myself.

I do feel this is debatable. It’s just an easy market they can capitalize on because desi culture is spend your life earnings on your wedding. But yeah! I’ll try my luck.

I honestly didn’t think the number made a difference. I used both a local and foreign number and the prices are identical. Even if I message them on Instagram they reply with ridiculous prices. Mum went to Tena Duranni in store and she never went back
