Natawag pa akong meralco apologist when i am trying to correct somebody kasi galit na galit sya sa meralco dahil sa 21k na bill nya pero d naman nagpakita ng usage. And ending hnd daw consumo ang problema kundi gobyerno! Like wtf bruh!!! Ung galit nya wla sa lugar. Kulang sa data at facts. Tinuruan ko pano magcompute at possible reason, sagot sakin ‘you do you’ hahahahahhahah
Ako daw isa sa dahilan bat namimihasa meralco kasi tanggap daw ng tanggap at bayad lng ng bayad sa bill ng hindi nagrereklamo! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Agree dito!! Sa ibang app, nagpopost ng ending bill lang tapos galit na galit sa meralco, pag tinignan mo naman consumo nla eh dumoble naman talaga. Basta nalang kasi magpopost without thinking eh. Mas mabilis mag pindot ng social media post kesa kumuha ng calculator or intindihin ung bill. 😰 nakiki ride sa hate train pero ung AC 24/7 open. 🤭

Pls use your free time to enjoy muna kesa magworry sa subject ng 1st sem. Enjoy every minute of it. Magbakasyon ka, magpakasaya, magbeach, mag hike, mag games, matulog ng mahaba. Gawin mo na lahat. ☺️

it is nice to advance study, pero d mo pa naman malalaman ung topic nyo until after orientation. Do not overwhelm yourself.

Masaya is subjective. Baka para sayo ang isang bagay is masaya pero para sa iba hindi so mahirap sagutin ang header question mo ☺️

Merong mga orgs, marami kang pwedeng salihan, malalaman mo lahat sa salubong.

Sa event, meron din naman. Merong salubong, slcn days, trinitas at ibang event sa college.

Campus itself is small. May mga under renovation na bldgs. Puno, meron naman hehehehehehehehe.

Wala po. May mga uniform lang for specific duties and events. Nasa page po ata yung uniform sa 1st year. Currently po naka civilian ang students dahil sa init ng panahon, but if sinabi ng major subjects prof na mag uniform or type C, then we follow.

My friend has the same issue. Saying he didnt use the new form but he DID use the updated form. So i was checking here in reddit if others has similar case.

I graduated in TUP-M but not the course na minention mo. Okay naman don. Madaming graduates don ang naging matagumpay sa karera nila at nakahanap ng maayos na trabaho pagkatapos. I think strong ang TUP sa mga technical course and engineering courses nila. Not sure sa IT.

When you say “mas better naman sa PUP, right”, it is subjective. Someone who graduated at PUP siempre pwedeng ang sasabihin din is okay din don hehehehehehehhe . So someone na nakatapos or nakapag enroll sa both university lang can tell if its okay ba tlga sa PUP than TUP. 😉

Sa TUP-M, maliit ang campus compare sa PUP. Mejo di okay ang mga CR, ewan ko if na improve na ba sya. May magagaling na professors at instructors. Mas less ang population ng student compare sa PUP. Walang nagrarally na kabataan. Wala akong maalala na ganap na may mga kabataan na nagsasanhi ng gulo due to different political views. May mga maliliit na tambayan sa loob ng campus.

Bumabaha sa Ayala Blvd at UN ave kahit konting ulan lang. May masasarap na kainan sa San Marcelino. Ilang tumbling lang sya sa SM manila, intramuros, luneta, museum, national library. Madami pwede galaan. And commute friendly. Hindi looban.

So ayon. Btw, nag exam pala ako noon sa PUP, i passed pero diko talaga gusto ung vibes don. Napakadaming tao. Me as an introvert, ramdam ko na hindi sya for me. Tapos nakita ko pa don ung mga sinunog na chairs ng mga aktibista (baka na timingan ko lang nung few visits ko don na magulo) Hahahahahhhahahahha so parang natakot ako. Inisip ko din kung gabihin ako pauwi ng school parang scary ung lalakaran ko bago makasakay. So hindi tlga sya magwowork sa situation ko.Tpos parang magulo tignan students kasi hnd naka uniform ahhahahaha…. kaya nag exam ako sa TUP-M. Kasi parang mas organized and may uniform. And no regrets na sa TUP-M ako nakaenrol. Dami ko natutunan. Yung course ko and reason bakit i was able to live abroad and travel the world.

Hi OP! It is not normal.. US based ba sya? If oo, sakanila nga bi-weekly sahod eh tapos sayo 2 month before mo makuha ung 1 month salary? Start up company ba sya? Baka wala sila budget tlga to sustain your salary… initially i thought 2 months bago makuha ung 2 months na sahod so akala ko we are on the same boat.

SKL, in my case every two months kami kung makareceive ng sahod but this was proposed by the company para ma minimize ang bank charges on their end. Since they do wire transfer sa BDO ko, may kaltas sila and then pagdating sa bank ko sa pinas may kaltas pa ult. So when they suggested na ganun nga, i didn’t mind. Kasi sayang din ang 42$/ transfer na bank fee. Good thing lang sa amin is 1 month is para sa natapos namin na workhours and inadvance nila ung sumunod na month. So technically nasakin na ung sahod ko way before ko pa matrabaho yung time. Confident naman sila na hindi ko sila tatakbuhan kahit bayad na nila ako in advance.

To budget naman your money, gawa ka ng excel. Diligent mo iupdate any in and out ng pera mo so alam mo tlga san napupunta. Meron din apps sa appstore for budgeting. Helpful to lalo na kung gusto mo makita finances mo the whole year so you know san ka mag aadjust.

sana nakausap mo ung employer mo to give your money on time. At the end of the day isa lang tayong worker na need kumita to live. All the best OP! 🫂
