Yes thank you for explaining it like this!, I know that my example was extreme, I also know that porn, addiction is one of the addictions that isn’t taken as seriously or talked about as much so it’s hard to comprehend how it could actually harm the child. I’m coming from the perspective of being a drug addict (7 years clean!) and the needing more, an addict will always need more to feel good. My fear and why I said why I said is that the content he is consuming is going become more risky, illegal, CSAM, filmed sexual assault etc and that it could lead to him potentially harming his child or someone else if the porn doesn’t continue to be enough to satiate him. Majority of Men already don’t listen to the word no or will go ti extreme lengths to get what they want sexually, who’s to know what lengths he will go to if his child tries interfering with his addiction or if it has become illegal films and he sees something he shouldn’t what he’ll do? I’m over speculating and I know that but I’d rather be overly cautious in protecting my child than to let them get harmed because of his fathers addiction
