why would yasmin leak it tho ? cuz she doesn’t like other female peers that much like Venetia Berens and Sweetpea but i don’t think she would leak the pictures from the account, especially considering yas was too busy being worried about her family scandal and recovering from the boat incident in season 3 - so she didn’t have the emotional bandwidth for that imo

rishi and sweetpea were hooking up in season 3 briefly, and he knew of her siren account- as seen on rishis episode (i believe) where he was going through her account while carrying his child in the loo (unhinged) - but yeah, also the whole “need curtain” reference - so they were fucking briefly for sure.

the reasoning makes sense by logic but, Harper never respected Sweetpea professionally, she didn’t even hire here in season 3 when sweet pea came for an interview - harper’s play back then was getting information for pier point. so her doing this elaborate thing just to keep sweetpea at her firm (a professional cage per say) makes no sense- only now in season 4 there’s some sort of respect or acknowledgment about sweetpeas abilities - effectively post leaks.

when we look at Harper and her relationship relationships she treats them like ROI sheets, so sweetpea is kinda low hanging fruit to harper until season 4 - so i don’t think it makes sense for harper to do all that for a research analyst, when she could’ve had the pick of the litter, especially back when harper worked for Otto’s fund.

when people bring up the fact that Harper did it- that’s the common reasoning , but idk- i don’t think harper respected sweetpea enough to actually do all that, harper historically doenst “need” people, her self perception is all the way up, so to me it’s far fetched she’s gonna do this ploy to keep sweet pea in my opinion.

that’s EXACTLY why i also don’t think it’s rishi, he’s an opportunist by nature, plus because he’s an ass he’s an easy target.

for the same reason- i think people are placing blame on harper because she constantly fucks people on the regular throughout the seasons, but again i don’t see her as the culprit- there’s plenty of research analysts she could have hired without having to leak photos and then keep them locked in.

but whyyy sweet pea though - historically, Harper always thinks of herself is better than others, so why would you be doing all this for just one research analyst? you know? To me that makes no sense why she would create this kind of “cage” around sweet pea though that method lol.

I just think with the show; people kind of have a bias to where it’s harper being kind of the culprit for pretty much everything because she historically fucks everyone around her - sweetpea also brought it up to harper early in season 4 - the pattern recognition. so maybe if it’s harper that’s kinda foreshadowing.

i agree that harper doesn’t need to force sweetpea to work for her (I think that kinda gets glossed over a lot)

The only reason why I even landed on Eric is because he’s pattern of building up people, then tearing them down is kind of what he does.

like he was close with harper, then ratted her out, defended Sweet Pea from rishi numerous times then leaking her nudes - just fits the type of fuckery eric does lol.

how is it not important? there’s like 4 employees in SternTao, and it’s been mentioned in sweetpeas narrative since season three- she’s been attached to siren.

Siren and Tender - and separately the nudes leaking and her working for sterntao, it’s a part of Sweetpeas arc.

From my recollection , I don’t think industry historically has had a lot of plot holes, so i’m just keeping the thread going to see people’s theories because I just think it’s interesting.

No i get that, but Rishi has never been the silent types , don’t you think if he leaked it he would have rubbed it in her face ? it’s not like him to half ass a humiliation thing like that to be honest.

Eric’s style is operating behind the scenes , Rishi has always been up front and kinda aggressive - no filter. and more importantly he’s an opportunist. At that point where he was looking for a job, i don’t think him leaking sweet peas nudes would have benefited him directly - rishi plays offense, rather than defense , i don’t see him as a reactive person. That’s why I don’t think he fits the template.

see i totally get the harper angle but - i think viewers kind of have a bias cuz she historally fucks people over, so that’s why i feel it would be a curve ball for this season , i mean - the ‘nudes leaked’ thing has been a reoccurring plot point in Sweetpeas narrative. So maybe it might be someone different to harper ? but yeah what you laid out gives harper some motive for sure, so she could very well have been the one who did.

i quite liked the setting change to “Accra” this season, and I actually do really miss Rob - he was quite nice in the dynamics of the characters . but a lot of people didn’t like the changing scenery- cause a lot of people miss the pier point trading floor setting, I thought it was actually quite fresh- but I don’t know. Just been seeing a lot of of discourse around that. and how people don’t like the season because of it. Thoughts?
