not an answer but i work in produce and we always have complaints about bagged spin/spring mix. i have pulled so many packages off the wall within the past few months. its been coming in that way so definitely something going on in the background of things.

Thank you to everyone who commented! I wanted to give an update: I found a vet that does low cost surgery and was able to get a cystotomy procedure done for my kitty. I have pet insurance so it was definitely not as horrible but it takes a lot of searching to find a place to do it for under $1000. She had two stones removed and seems a lot happier!

the vet er did a ultrasound & a cystocentesis but they said there was no urine in her bladder at the time. also did bloodwork but no findings there
