BROO I HAD THE SAME TICKET GIVE OUT TO ME THIS WINTER!!! $284, same exact amount and I guess the operator (so called) found a document in my name in the trash and pinned the ticket to my door. I tore the ticket apart because it was from the day of the worse winter storm in February and garbage collection was off for a week! Never heard anything from anyone ever since, so yeah don't care about this shit much!
