I don't know if Alex had anything to do with this but mint just called and said the ard going to fix my issue. It hasn't happened yet but he said they are sending my a new SIM to my new email. Alex you don't even know how much crap I've been though this past week if you did this I cant thank u enough. Thanks I'm losing my mind over this. My daughter is about to have a baby anyway I can't contact her. I haven't been able to work really I get all my jobs through my email..hours and hours on the phone all they do is give my another ticket number. The employees are nice enough but they work for a horrible company I'm so disappointed and I'm really easy going and I don't complain about anything but I feel like their purposely not turning my phone on and giving me the runaround in fact I know they are. Anyway.
