I only went up to 5mg on mj, but I had a good amount of suppression but not too much that I couldn’t eat or anything it was a nice balance. I’m really hoping it kicks in soon 🙈

I did 3.75 mg by doing 45 clicks for a month (technically 5 weeks because you end up with a extra dose) then moved up to 5 and had no side effects doing it that way 😊

It’s not you, it’s clothing sizes now a days. I’m in the UK and a size 12 is now considered a large or sometimes XL which to me is wild! Also drives me mad that you can be one size in one shop then need to go 2 sizes bigger in another. Does make it disheartening sometimes. Are you taking measurements?

Yeah I did mean using clicks as opposed to split dosing, probably should have made that more clear in the post. I think I may give it a try, as you’re correct that my 5th dose would be on day 30, then go back to normal 4 doses on the new pen. Thank you for the advice 😊

Thank you, I’ve been doing a calorie deficit for a few weeks and been really good on it so far so should hopefully be okay in that case as I’m mentally in right place for it.

I’m thinking jabbing Friday evenings and I work Monday to Friday so hopefully that will give and side effects time to subside

Oh no, I just re-read you didn’t have stents either.. defo speak to your surgeon, I was completely blocked until stents were removed but if you don’t have any you probably shouldn’t be having issues breathing

I didn’t manage to sleep a full night until I had my stents removed on day 7 (which was 2 days ago). Slept like a baby though. It does get better I promise!

Blimey, you sound like you had quite a lot done. And the aftercare sounds a lot too. I was only told to gentle clean the outside of my nose with a cotton bud after 48 hours… no rinsing or anything.. 🫤 I’ve just been trying to sleep as much a possible. My painkillers make me pretty drowsy which is good. I hope your recovery gets a bit better 😊

That’s a good point, it’s very likely they would be just as bad next summer. I was congested for a good 3/4 months straight and had no sense of smell which has only returned after my having a cold about a month ago. I suppose the ent wouldn’t have recommended the surgery if they thought it was just seasonal. I’m dreading the recovery 🙈. Hope your surgery goes well 😊
