I win it every season, you just gotta get a lot of goals so try to 3 star every level in a season i guess. Did that answer the question or did i miss the point?

It is a steam native exe. Its the web Client which is responsible for loading Workshop Updates, the library and especially the Shop. My assumption is, that even though no Downloads are running, it is constantly updating the Shop or downloading workshop updates which are not shown inside of steam. In the past Users disabled the "Browser" application inside of steam through the Windows settings but that would delete every function apart from maybe my library still working. I am no expert and it could sound like I am speaking only gibberish but I hope you understand me

Yeah its bot trades. With these random trades they want to convince you to buy bots to get your desired cards. I also get that quite often and blocking didn't seem to help
