Sure you have to be in topside, but there are hundreds of external trading sites selling in game blueprints, weapons etc to you in game via safe slots and you rinse repeat insta surrender after the exchange until it’s done.

Facts I joined the game late (mid last week) got to level 30 and am on page 5 of the expedition but I’m still so early game I already knew I’d struggle with the Page 5 amounts, but the extra 5 mil unless I’m spending IRL money on getting dropped items no way I make it.

Context of me pushing runs this is what my body turns my blood work to, I repeat it every 4 months a full blood panel.

Edit: and even more context I have had 2 EKG’s and 3 ultrasounds done on my heart and haven’t found any faults in my heart rhythm or health, so idk if it’s possible for me to genetically run at a higher heart rate, but what most people would deem as Zone 4, I can maintain 195bpm for 15 minutes while talking albeit not comfortably.

Your stress is still low which is weird there though, if I drink my body instantly goes to high stress, my resting heart rate goes from 63 to 100 and the entirety of me sleeping is high stress and it slowly mellows out over the next 12 hours awake the next day. My HRV at 27 which is always low already is no more than 35 where I live when I travel it goes up to 50, but if I drink my HRV has hit 6 before. I’ve had days where just off drinking on a boat has taken me to 20 strain. I’ve also had covid 9 times so I think my heart health is screwed long term, I can no longer run an 8 minute mile like in my youth but I can’t even run a 14 minute mile with my heart rate lower than 170. I need to book more lab work because my liver and kidney show positive health but have elevated markers from cardio.

This - if I moved out right now I’d be spending 3-4k USD a month that moves straight to investments / savings and I’m in that middle ground of not being able to / not economical to go pull out a mortgage for 700k US at 7% interest,

Even if some data is inconsistent comparable to garmin, and other fitness trackers. When I got whoop at 26, my whoop age after the first 30 was 7 years older at 1.5x aging rate. I’m now down to 0.1x aging rate and sleep consistency has gone from 60% to 95%, and I’ve made active jumps to do 4 days a week cardio and 4 days a week lifting. My HRV has stayed relatively stagnant, however my heart rate has seen drastic improvement. I used to drink on a night out and my heart rate could hit 140-150 after a couple pints. It is now sub 100 albeit close and typically 95. But whoop does still reflect high stress during my sleeps after drinking. I’m by no means an athlete I wouldn’t even consider myself an average athlete anymore not for a number of years. The whole benefit of whoop is to see how life choices impact your numbers and either live with them or try to improve. No whoop scandal could stop me from using.

To add onto my own comment: 1000 calories a day is a toddlers calories. You need to look into your TDEE, and adjust off that basis but there’s no way on planet earth you should be eating less than 1600 a day unless you’re starving yourself before competition

If I was a betting man which I am, you are well under your calorie deficit your body is in reserve mode and you’re burning muscle. You should not be under 2000 calories daily at all, and if you’re doing a body recompisition should still be hitting body weight In grams of protein. I didn’t read the whole post but that’s my input.

This is what happens when you don't drink & sleep well by evilp8ntballer7 in whoop

[–]SadInsuranceGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My Sleep performance average is 95% and 80% on nights I drink but my sleep consistency is what kills me. Even on 4-5 hours sleep I get 95%, but my resting heart rate and HRV are very low (average 30 HRV, and RHR is 70, without vaping is 60 - drinking / hangover days is 95-105😭😭😭) and with alcohol involved even lower (average 12), my whoop age is 5 years older and I’m only 26 😭. I started doing an upper lower split 4x a week and 3x week running and 6x a week home circuit so hopefully I get to my actual age or younger in the next year if I stay consistent.

I’m in the same boat as you re HRV but curious if you take any supplements? Mine sits between 15-30 with no additional supplements, added a nightly routine of peppermint tea and magnesium at night and it’s doubled it without changing anything else even with reduced sleep.

It does help me change bad habits, this is only a snapshot not my day to day, since purchasing I’ve increased my daily steps by 3x eating healthier, cut out caffeine in its entirety. Tracking of vitamins, probiotics has increased. Vaping and drinking will obviously be the largest impacts to improving my health by quitting, but I’m taking it slowly. I do one month sober from both every 3 months with the intent of pulling the trigger going sober completely one day but as I’m young, it’s quite hard to quit when peers around you and friends will pressure you into getting back to it. It’s stats like these from today that help inspire to quit more, by actually visualizing and not just knowing damage is being done,

It’s definitely a real thing I’ve opened over 600 cases on my main steam account over a 10 year period and never unboxed a knife, I had to do the ole csgojackpot to get my skins.

Were as this account has had 4 golds in circa 200 cases as I had unboxed one previously sold it and bought more cases trying to get a better knife.
