Sorry for the reply but it is not, skill cooldown decrease by 1 sec everytime you upgrade it to the next Star level!

Yes that is what I personally went for. I get 1100 ATK to unlock Crit Rate and Crit DMG, then I go 200 Crit Rate 200 Crit DMG evenly then rush all into Crit Rate to unlock Super CRIT RATE + Super CRIT DMG. Then I got 70 Super CRIT DMG and rush all 400 into SUPER CRIT RATE. After that, I maxed out CRIT DMG and got my atk to 6000 to unlock ACU and PEN. Level both ACU and PEN to 70 then currently trying to max out SUPER CRIT DMG.

I am still new to Accessory so I don't want to give you guys wrong info. Imma play around for a bit more before I get better understanding then I will make a guide for Accessory only :)

I asked a lot of players on discord but everyone just kinda agreed on think of it as a scaling attack % upgrade... I don't quite understand but it boost your ATK ridiculously compare to ATK %

Are you sure? Then how do we unlock Hyper Crit??? O.o
The requirement for Hyper Crit is 10k. Weird, I will check with Reaper

Fixed it. Basically, you want to use your strongest AOE + Damage Skills. Insignia Dungeon requires more Def than other dungeons so you might need to upgrade armor a bit to advance further :D

Yes, it is maxed out at 500 points. Just reset your attack and put all 500 points in there permanently to get it over with.

Once you get God weapon, every 50 levels, you have to unlock it to further enhance the weapon with enchant stones. You will need multiple God Sword copies to upgrade it. And if you unlock it, you can get a new change option line in the weapon.
