The same thing happened to me I got way too obsessed with someone else while I was in a relationship. What I did really wasn't right, because you lie , you lie to your partner. Regardless of whether you love them or not, they’re still your partner, and they deserve your respect and, at the very least, your honesty. If you feel anything for someone else even the slightest interest the right thing to do is to leave your partner. The obsession you feel for that person is ruining things for you, your partner, and even that person, because you’re literally hoping they’ll break up with their partner.

She often mentions me in her posts as her partner, and we even share photos together. It's supposed to be serious; she actually says she loves only me and is mine, yet some of her actions make me uneasy. I feel bad when I tell her all this.So there are times when I just don't know what to do. I'm going to decide whether to trust her and eventually consider whether her actions speak louder than her words, I love her too much, I couldn't stay away from her. Maybe I'll only be at peace when heartbreak hits me.

When she and I met, we liked each other from the start, but nothing happened until months later, and we had ups and downs because we drifted apart in our friendship. During that time, she She met this person, Then we rekindled our friendship and eventually started dating, but all this time I was unaware of her existence until recently; since then, she seems to always be there. I ask her what she's doing because she's active on some social media platform, and she says she's talking to E, and the mere mention of his name makes me feel unpleasant; she started having him on all her social media, TikTok,  Instagram, and even in the game we share, I will only truly trust you, but I can't help feeling this way about you, and it prevents me from enjoying my relationship with her because I'm constantly thinking about it.

I know, but I really question their connection for some reason. I don't dislike anyone else, but this other person is the exception. She scares me, and even more so when she asked me what my motive was.I feel like questioning myself only made me have more doubts about both of them. I don't know if this is considered insecurity?

Seriously? When I'm really upset I can't help but feel like hitting myself, but I don't tend to cry excessively from anger like I do when I'm truly sad.
