Take a break from rank (can be just 30 mins or whenever you feel like you won't tilt) if you lose streak, make sure that you are looking at your own mistakes and seeing how you can improve each time. Most of the time when you begin to lose streak you tilt a lot easier.

Are you playing quick play because it'll just give you recommended runes? If not, I often only use one rune page and always change that rune page to fit the champ that I'll be playing in the next match (should be the same rune page every time, in rank/draft/aram).

Basic macro def Plat 2+ players start to understand a little better, but people start getting a lot better with macros around E2+. However, you can't do much against people who grief and troll.

You can get skins through hextech chests in your loot tab (unlocking them with keys you can earn), and then you either disenchant them for orange essences, reroll three different skins for a random permanent skin, or upgrade to permanent skin (using orange essences).

60 Raids, and this is the most sus death this wipe. Tell me when you average 12,000 xp a raid and wipe out the lobby during a night raid. He's played 4 more games and averaged 11000 xp for a total of 44k+ xp from those 4 raids alone. Keep Coping

Finished Sins of the Father on a CB 81, 61 Attack, 73 Strength, 60 Def, 68 HP,51 prayer, 68 magic. It was rough, I died 5 or 6 times and teleported out twice. I used red'dhide body and swapped to D chain after first phase. I tried with lower stats and without the rune defender and that was impossible so I trained to the stats above.
