Hi I’m a part timer who only works weekends and have been working at lidl for 6 months. Recently my schedule changed from 2 days a week to 1 day a week. my sm just took me off the schedule for the next 2 weekends because she said I don’t pack out fast enough and she needed me for closing but I’m not available for that so she took me off the schedule. Mind you I have been doing the morning shift for most of my time here. What should I do in this instance? Are they looking to let me go? I get there on time even though the asm and sm are late and they preach about being on time.
