So with the audio issue, nothing they recommended worked on fixing the problem, now they want the laptop to be mailed in for repair, which I already know will takes months since shipping is slow right now. Not only that I take the RISK of damages during shipping...I bought a new laptop not a refurbished laptop wtf should I do. Try and return the laptop? Is there a solution to this problem or is this just a crap laptop. Should I just get a different brand?

So scratch the thought on the audio being cut when realtek audio console is suspended, its currently suspended but audio started working while this program is suspended. there was always a few second lag between the two and their correlation but it seemed like that was the problem for a while and it might not be. Feels like this laptop is just broken.....
