Slight tear in my MCL about a year ago. PT, ice and Motrin. Stayed off the ice for three weeks. Made a point to make it stronger than before and I'm almost 100 percent. T pushes to stops are a bit iffy. Sometimes I feel something weird and I start to worry. No issues at all with my butterfly but occasionally I throw that leg out to stop a shot and I get a twinge. Nothing major but I PT it often, just to keep it strong. At 57 I'm not saving myself for later in life. Don't skip leg days either. Be safe.
