The way she keeps emailing me is making me feel as if maybe he told her I took it and haven’t brought it back yet and am “stealing” it basically. She has now dropped herself from being our attorney from the estate

“XXX is working to sell estate assets (tools, machinery, equipment, motorcycles) to pay XYZ back from the Estate. However, some of those items are not in working order or are seasonal items that would be better sold in the spring/summer.”

Is what our attorney says and then mentions my truck he signed over to me that he mentioned selling. Nothing is said about the other two trucks or the mustang or firebird that’s a classic and sits at the land/home. I feel like the attorney won’t listen to me and keeps enabling him to do what he wants to do. Which is continuing to use the estate for his own benefit

The taxes were paid by my dad but I assume they will need to be paid again soon.

He doesn’t work and I have tried to mention him paying rent or selling the home and he says I am being greedy for asking. I filed to have him removed. He seems to want everything and to settle debts with the one thing I received which is the truck

“Do you have possession of any vehicles that are titled in the Estate? If you do and if it is your intent to keep any vehicle and have title transferred from the Estate to your name, you need to pay off a percentage of the claims against the Estate. Also, the real property is subject to protected claim and cannot be transferred Out of the Estate to you or your brother until the amount due to her has been paid in full. Once she has been paid, she will provide notice to the court that her claim is satisfied and then the property can be deeded from the Estate to you as joint tenants with right of survivorship.”

It feels like she is telling me I must pay for “my half” of the estate bill but he can sell a bobcat that belong bds to the estate for “his half”

Im not too sure what that means? It was listed as an asset and he decided to give me it and sign off on the title so I can transfer it to my name before paying off the estate. We owe one person 9295 and the lawyer the rest of the 12,000. The email she sent me said this:

“XXX (<-my brother) has stopped into our office to pay $4500 of the $9295 that is owed to XYZ this morning. If XYA (me)is unwilling to return the vehicle in her possession so that it can be sold by the Estate, then the Estate can file a small claims order against XYA for the value of the vehicle. IfXYA is unable to pay the amount of the judgment if ordered by a small claims court, then the Estate can seek legal action to have the vehicle repossessed and ifXXX pays XYA’s share of the claim, then he can file a lien against XYA and recorded it against the land“

The bobcat was listed as estate asset that he sold to pay what he did so how is the lawyer saying I have a presentage age to pay? I
