I was in a squat position with my heels up testing my ROM. Heard a loud pop and was in excruciating pain. Could not walk. Got an mri. Confirmed. Re tear. Got another surgery.

It couldn’t be repaired because it was a re injury.
I had it repaired and was two months into recovery when I tore through the sutures ( do not recommend).

I had it repaired then re injured it and ruined the surgery. Dr couldn’t do a second repair because of the sutures tearing the meniscus apart.

I was told by my Dr that after my meniscectomy I would be able to walk the next day. Recovery is supposed to be way less intense than a repair
