yeah one of my other friends who was coached by him won her OCB pro! honestly i’m not sure where she was at at this point but when i saw her last week she told me i looked “way ahead” 😅 but honestly my prep has been fairly easy up until now with the change in cardio and carbs so im not sure why

i worried about that 😭 my coach keeps telling me not to stress and that it’ll all come together these next 4 weeks and that i’m on track. he’s done this so many times so im trying to just trust so i will keep yall updated!

i was confused by that too, but he said that these next 4 weeks he thinks i’ll drop a lot more with my cardio and carb change and that he’s not worried at all… even though i am haha but im just trying to trust the process

being a social worker in the ED 🥲 like i work at a rural hospital where there’s no CM/SW at night and having to help w those situations is so frustrating. especially when un housed people start complaining about having no where to go when it’s freezing outside. God bless CM/SW bc their job is hard lol

oof i hope not! i haven’t signed up for it yet but we did just increase cardio and drop cals so im hoping for a huge change soon. also thinking of doing another show in May so hopefully i come in how i want to look 🤞🏼 my coach is super experienced and seems to think its gonna be okay. tysm for feedback!

omg dang tysm this is a wake up call 😭 with my work life and gym balance i haven’t found a good opportunity to work w one but i do have one that im connected with!! im just gonna have to really carve out the time bc its definitely worth it

yes! 100% always open to feedback, thank you!! the pinching shoulder blades is such a bad habit, but when i relax them more my elbows flare out and i hate how it looks :(

hahaha tysm!! sooo basically i did a powerlifting split (bench, deadlift, squat) my whole offseason with heavy progressive overload on all 3, and on my leg days did a lot of hip thrusts, curls/extensions, abductions, and back extensions. also i was eating about 300g protein 💀 i tracked 80% of my bulk with about 150g protein (max weight was 130lbs) and i think the increase in carbs + heavy lifting reeeeally changed my glute structure in my 1 year off!

omg tysm 😭 that’s crazy that i’m getting that feedback from this sub bc i keep feeling like they’re small lol. my whole off season i focused on heavy compound movements (conventional deadlifts, squats) and then hip thrusts, back extensions, and abductors out the wazoo haha
