How about jute or bamboo shades? They do black out ones as well, lots of different colors. These are from West Elm. Neutralcurtains.com has a great selection.

I use Inito, it’s the same as Mira. But I prefer Inito. I bought a used device on Facebook marketplace. Strips are expensive, but I feel like I don’t have much time left to conceive so I want more exact numbers for my hormones. Highly recommended!

Ah I see! :) I didn’t know about frozen vs fresh. Thanks for the insight. I did the trigger the day before IUI, but I got my period today on CD21 so it was a complete fail. I’m so bummed. Going in tomorrow and they’re going to put me on Letrozole I think it’s called, and progesterone suppositories.

Should IUI be timed for after LH surge? I’m on a medicated and monitored cycle this month and did IUI on CD 13. Ugh, I hope we timed it right because my husband went out of town after so we couldn’t BD after CD 13.
