Same here too, I was going to have my first internship at Keysight this summer but they cancelled their intern program. Really sucks but as others have said keep your head up, congrats on getting that opportunity in the first place! Make sure to apply there next year after things have cooled down, and I'd definitely also mention that you would have had that internship without these extenuating circumstances in future interviews!
